Wanted to wait a few weeks before testing to ensure product meets expectations and actually works. The only problem I had was with the password initialization, which turned out to be my fault. I previously purchased a Tier 2 iStorage 1TG through Revain and it worked so well I decided to buy it. Password initialization is different. iStorage Level 3 requires more steps. In short, be sure to follow the short guide to setting up your password step by step as levels 2 and 3 have different steps. I discovered this the hard way and had to ask for a refund because I couldn't get into Tier 3 iStorage. Within a week, Revain sent me another level 3 iStorage and I was able to enter the password correctly. Please note that this check will self-destruct after 30 seconds, so copy and paste it into iStorage.
