I had to return an unused product because one of the cartridges came with a broken clip rendering it unusable. But I was surprised that not all cartridges were type XL. At first, especially given the damage, I thought someone on the packaging team would have done a clever replacement. But on closer inspection I discovered that the packaging and description actually indicated that ONLY ONE of the cartridges - PGBK - was XL and the rest were normal capacity. I didn't pay enough attention when ordering. I would only ask the seller to replace the damaged cartridge - in fact I stated so in my original report, - but Revain's automated system only allowed me a full refund. I think that's the price of 100% automation. Let me explain my star rating. The value was average - the price wasn't as amazing as I first thought, my fault for not reading carefully. The display was sub-par and I attribute that to Canon. The print quality is 1 star because I didn't print anything, although the Canon ink is pretty good when used.
