I would give it a 5 but my chest always stuck out. It was advertised under professional attire when I came across it. The first time I wore it was at a Veterans Day event (I work at my university's veterinary center) and it was very difficult for me to keep my chest covered. Also, it's a really pretty dress! Beautiful, feminine and simple. 3/4 sleeves are great for women who are shy about their arms. I would mostly recommend it to anyone except if you have very large breasts and work in a professional environment with high dress code standards.
