**WARNING** I purchased this item and was initially very happy with it. However, it didn't take long to realize that this product sometimes gets EXTREMELY HOT during normal operation. So hot the hull melted from the heat. This particular item is FLAMMABLE and literally burned my wife's hand as she lay on the couch with her charger. I love Anker products, I have a lot of Anker stuff and have been happy with everything so far and like I said it has done a fantastic job, especially considering the price compared to an officially licensed Apple product. However, this didn't last long before he began to melt. Unfortunately, that time fell out of the returns window and now I have a melted piece of junk, a woman with a burned hand, and am spending another $40 on a new outlet.
