I have had a ghd for many years and I love it. I was so excited to pick up this one for sale. However, I didn't realize there was only one temperature setting - 365. I have thin/fine hair and this temperature only roasts the ends of my hair, especially my bangs. It's also frustrating that it's not designed to stand on its own, you have to lay it on its side on the counter, which takes up more space. What I really like about this brand is that it helps keep my hair straight for much longer - I can spend a few days straightening it and it definitely makes my hair shiny. I also love the travel case that comes with it - very handy if you need to pack up and go while your straightener is still warm. return this one and buy a temperature controlled model.
