Super easy. I was nervous getting my nose pierced at home but due to Covid I didn't feel safe getting my nose pierced under a mask. I asked my husband to help me with this. It's not an automatic "gun" that pierces the hairpin, you have to pierce it with a machine. I've had my nose pierced several times and this was by far the easiest and least painful. A quick tug and it was over - my eyes didn't even water. Light! Just do it
