Delivery was fast and well packaged. Cartridge refills were slightly dirty (no docking points for that). The product contained all the elements needed for a full refill, but after many attempts to refill the cartridge, the Cannon MX490 failed to recognize the refilled ink levels and smearing or color mixing was evident in the wrong area. Flowers often had trouble transitioning from working to non-working. (Magenta, cyan works but not yellow. This swap between cyan and yellow works but not magenta). This may be an operator error, but should be taken into account.
