Compatible with Apple Dual-Link DVI to Mini DisplayPort Adapter

As another reviewer noted, this adapter works properly with the Apple Dual-Link DVI to Mini DisplayPort Adapter! So I was able to connect a 30" Apple Cinema Display via adapters to one of the DisplayPort slots on my graphics card and use it at full resolution (2560x1600). Displayport adapters. I'm not exactly sure why. I assume it's related refers to the DisplayPort version. This CableMatters adapter works up to DisplayPort 1.4. The adapter that didn't work was only up to 1.2.)

The Mini DisplayPort to DisplayPort Cable Adapter converts a DisplayPort connector on a monitor to a Mini DisplayPort connector; The Mini DP to DP adapter also connects a computer with DisplayPort output to a Mini DisplayPort monitor; Mini DisplayPort cable required (sold separately)
