AO, is an electrical retailer that basically operates in the United Kingdom and Germany as well. The retailer company specializes in selling and delivering household and electrical appliances. Having a store that deals in one particular set of merchandise is a good thing because then there’s this specialty. The company was founded under the name Appliances Online and it was founded by John Roberts in 2000. The company has experienced a gradual but steady growth in it’s enterprise. In 2016, the retail enterprise, expanded into Europe, and opened up a 84,000 square meter headquarters in Bergheim, Germany. The company has investments and other company level enterprises based in various sectors as well. Talk about plastic companies, a set-up in the house builders sector and AO Finance as well. The company is really doing well in it’s own sector and I can say that from the way things are planned, it will eventually expand to encompass much more.
