Review on Headphones Yinyoo Resolution Comfortable Nomic by Troy Williams

Sound quality was good, comfort not as good as in-ear headphones which were uncomfortable. The binding around the cable broke and then the cable broke exposing the wiring about 6 weeks after purchase. I always work with the seller or customer service until the issues are resolved. I have contacted the seller. The seller asked for a photo and an explanation of the damage. (I sent four messages in total.) I did not receive a reply after sending all the information and photos. I've just received my 4th status message, the email I got was "We're on holiday in China. If you have any problems please contact us later in February." This is the first time that I write a review below 3 after 15 years with Revain and couldn't solve a problem.
