Dehydrator works great. I bought this to make beef jerky for my husband and his friends at work. It makes jerky taste better about twice as fast as other dehydrators I've used in the past. Given its compact size, it makes an incredible amount of beef in one go. It's also a pretty good looking machine that makes my kitchen stand out nicely. I really like being able to adjust the mid-cycle temperature if needed. The settings are precise and very versatile. The window is also transparent during use and also works quietly. I look forward to using it for other dehydration experiments in the future. It has so many settings and controls. I am sure that I will have a lot of fun with him. I've been using it almost daily for almost 2 months now and it's holding up really well. Trays are removable and easy to clean. The inside of the machine also wipes well. Moisture collects underneath. Definitely worth every penny. Love it!
