The product feels comfortable and well-made, it does not feel cheap. I like the texture of the material used to cover the foam pad. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is the thin plastic sheet under the mouse pad which is absolutely impossible to remove. I literally gave up for 15 minutes after losing just about an inch. That's right, customs. In general, the grip under the mouse pad is unusable for me as I can't remove the thin sheet of plastic without damaging the underside.
