The product works/charges perfectly. son likes it. Why only 3 stars? It doesn't quite match the new XBox One chargers. He seems to be stuck there by friction. If you place the controller on a surface too quickly, it will slip out just far enough for the controller to power off. I'm sorry I didn't fully research this issue (it's mentioned in several reviews here). Maybe some glue would help. EDIT: The seller contacted me and asked if they could send a modified product. These batteries fit a lot better, not perfect, but I'll take it. Good customer service. 5 Stars!
