It's not 128 gig! suitable for computer accessories and peripherals

I bought 2 of these for a pair of Nintendo Switches. They seem to be working fine. but. THEY ARE NOT 128GB. I've put them in a laptop, phone, and Nintendo Switch, both of which are 119GB. Where are my other 9+9=18 gigs? I checked both, no files, nothing. How do I miss 18 gigs? I suggest something else. stay away from these. You don't get what you paid for. Fraud or poor quality control? Maybe both?
