Review on Purida by Ryan Thrasher

I was eager to check out the Purida online store because I frequently buy office supplies online. My interaction with them, however, was quite disappointing. First of all, it was challenging to navigate the website. The search feature was useless, and the categories lacked clear labels. I spent a lot of time looking for the proper things, but when I did, I realized that they were sold out. Second, the products' quality was below par. The stamps were badly produced and hardly legible, and the labels and indices were thin and readily torn. I had great expectations for the products, but what I got was far from sufficient. Even worse, when I attempted to contact their customer service department, I was greeted by rude and incompetent agents who offered no solutions to my issues. They didn't seem to care about offering high-quality service or paying attention to my worries. Overall, I had a horrible experience with the Purida online store. Their products were of low quality, their website was challenging to browse, and their customer service was terrible. To anyone looking for high-quality office products, I would not suggest the Purida online site.
