This fan is AWESOME! We were at Disney World in July so I was very concerned about staying warm in the heat and humidity. I bought 4 of these (2 white and 2 black/red) along with 6 packs of cooling towels for the 4 of us and it has been an absolute life saver. Use a cooling towel on your head, the ends lowered over your shoulders while the fan blows. I was fine in direct sunlight and am sensitive to heat and humidity. Bonus tip: Put on two fans and let one blow down your blouse and the other in your face. I can't even count how many people stopped us to ask where we got them. The fact that the fans adjust to blow where you want is amazing. Once we were on the coaster, I just pulled the fans together so they overlapped slightly and didn't move at all. We used them all day at maximum speed (turned off for the duration of the trip and in the AC) and they didn't go out (8-10 hours). If you're worried about not blowing hard enough, your expectations are unrealistic. No fan you get for this price is going to feel like an air conditioner. Just expect it to be what it is, a way to get a little extra airflow without having to fan yourself. Absolutely worth every penny.
