I used to have a fastener that I lost when we last moved. Ordered this as a replacement. I don't think I have a problem with the snap device, but rather with the snaps themselves. They seem to "flex" rather than install. I looked at dozens of shots trying to make a simple project. Larger shots seem to work much better. And when I used thicker material, the latches worked better. However, when I tried using them on muslin, the clasps always flexed too much on one side and invariably wouldn't snap onto their partner. I'll look for better quality recordings on Revain.
