Making a hat for an adult with Huntington's disease.
I am using a hat with a balaclava to make a hat for a friend with HD. She is a small graceful lady with a head circumference of approx. 20 cm. She often wakes up at night, constantly loses her balance and falls off the sofa/bed. She often gets bruises on her head as a result. My goal is to help her avoid further bruising. I hired two other friends to knit a hat bag so she wouldn't be embarrassed to wear it.
