Tried two different ones from this company. This one comes in a black pouch and the other in a gray one with a house in the middle and slots so you can put it around the floor lamp like a horseshoe I think. Well for some reason gray is completely ineffective when I put it directly on a pair of shoes that give off a musty smell. I put it on for a few days and the smell of musty shoes hasn't changed at all. I put this black one directly on one of my fur kids' covered litter boxes and after 2 days I noticed a definite difference compared to this corduroy in terms of smell. I keep their boxes clean but there is still an odor that seems to be eliminated now that it's on top of the box. Put it in a black bag, the gray ones with a slit and a hole in the middle are a waste of money.
