Works great, difficult to set up
I liked that it did a great job of squeezing excess water out of the tofu. When I dice the tofu, it crunches nicely in the pan! However, trying to pick up the pieces once you've placed the tofu in the cup is a real chore. I have to press really hard to latch the lid.
