Works well and the price is good.

I didn't like that my dogs weren't buckled up when we went somewhere. I have these car seat belts for them that the seat belt goes through, but it is such a hassle to put them on and take them off every time they get in and out of the car. So they work great! I just adjust it and clip it to a collar or belt and then clip it. The buckle doesn't fit perfectly so sometimes you have to push it in a few times before it clicks, but that's ok. I feel better knowing that they are now strapped down so they don't fly if I have to brake hard in an emergency. Great price for two!
