Next time I'll go with the original BMW filter

I liked the quality of construction of this filter. The ends are made of plastic. He is feeling well. However, when I installed it, I turned on the AC after closing the filter holder. I found there was an awful smell of industrial dust. I pulled out the filter and it turned out that a lot of carbon material had come out. I think next time I'll use a real BMW filter. Tip: Use this time when installing to apply some felt tape to the hidden outside edges of the footwell plastic trim that you removed if you have a pre-LCI model. 3 series.
