I was really dissatisfied with the online store's customer service and shipping when I got a smartwatch from them a few weeks ago. To begin with, it took them about a week to process my purchase, which is far longer than they claimed it would take on their website. After my item was finally dispatched, I had no idea where it was because the tracking information was not updated frequently. As if that wasn't bad enough, when the package finally arrived, the smartwatch inside wasn't the one I'd ordered at all. I emailed them right away, but I didn't get a reply for over a week. They didn't even bother to apologize for the error, and their response was completely useless. They simply instructed me to pay to have the watch returned and wait for a replacement, which could take several weeks. In sum, I am really dissatisfied with my interaction with this web site. If you are in need of dependable and prompt service, I would not suggest using them.
