Could never find them commercially so my husband always asked for an extra one from his dentist as they had introduced him to this type of toothbrush. We refer to them as "feather brushes" because the outer bristles are slightly flared, tinted to show wear, and very soft. I use their full version and we both love them. They are soft, comfortable and you can really feel them slip between your teeth with ease. They are also very gentle on gums. I would highly recommend these brushes to people like me who grew up assuming that if your teeth aren't smooth to the touch your teeth aren't clean, so we brushed 'hard'.
