Just two complaints: 1. Laptop USB ports (read: non-docking) are disabled after the computer is docked, which gives me problems as it blocks the wireless signal to the USB dongle. (I had to use a third-party USB hub to approximate it.) 2. The laptop's speakers stop working after docking. I don't have extra speakers; My current set is connected to my more powerful desktop. Audio is sent to my monitor via the display port, but adjusting the volume on the monitor is cumbersome as you have to select multiple options to go to a submenu for each individual setting. It would be nice if the laptop's speakers continued to work while connected to the docking station. However, I think both issues are related to the laptop itself, not the docking station. So as for the dock itself, the product is great. It's a slim device with lots of ports on the back. There are two display ports (and also VGA if anyone else uses it) which allows me to set up two monitors (with larger monitors). There are four USB SuperSpeed (3.0) ports, one of which contains an additional power supply in case you want to charge your phone, tablet or other devices. Of course, it also has audio input (microphone) and audio output (speakers).
