I love that it's available everywhere from facebook to twitter to instagram to snapchat to google hangouts to LinkedIn to Youtube etc. You can even search for hashtags and follow people you're interested in. It's very easy to use. The interface is super simple and intuitive. For me personally - it's not something I've used too often but I have heard others say they enjoy it. Maybe try it out if you're looking for a tool to help engage your audience. If you don't want to pay for a service like this, then maybe start building an interest group on Facebook or Instagram and interact with them. My business is marketing and advertising so it helps us keep track of our clients and build relationships with them.
