Absolutely lovely!: my feedback
I needed to make up something special for a fancy occasion and ordered this to see if I could make it work. I did alterations to the skirt and layered it to the collar of the cape, making it into a two layer cape and it turned out GORGEOUS! I got so many compliments on it during the event! I plan on keeping it for good occasions from here on out that would call for it, and I would likely order another set in another color to have an extra!
