Broken zip on motorcycles and powersports

Ok sure year and the zip broke thought they were good but obviously they are not made for last hope this company sees this and sends me a new one , bought two of these and they are not cheap. Update so I've been emailing this place for almost a year and I still don't have a replacement bag, such a shame there is no customer service, good bags but cheaply made, they told me they were made in China, so now I have two broken bags that I paid $120 for
