The first one I received had a weird vibrating static noise in my left ear, more than a normal bluetooth hum and when I messaged the seller , they immediately dropped a new one to me next day delivery. The new one works great, almost noise-free, almost total noise cancellation, sits well even when lying down, doesn't hurt my ears, and the sound is actually a lot better than I expected, especially for the price.
