The UI looks great, and easy to navigate through. The customer service is top notch. Their support team has been very helpful in getting me set up for our operation. There really isn't anything I dislike about the system as it seems to do just what I need. If you are looking for a solid product with amazing customer service then look no further. We are able to add new customers without any issues and have had zero problems with the system so far. Customer service as always been fantastic. Easy setup with easy documentation for new users. Some features are not available which would make it perfect if they added them in later versions of the software. I think there could be more tutorials as well. The price isn't cheap but we got what we paid for. We have been able to stream our live events online using this system. It also allows us to show archived recordings of past shows on demand as well giving people access even when offsite.
