It looks like a linen kitchen towel with what looks like a hand.

It's expensive. It looks like some sort of hand-embroidered linen kitchen towel turned into a button-up envelope (I'm sure it's machine-sewn, but it looks like it's hand-sewn). I went back and bought four more and used them as "gift wrap" for special gifts including things I made for someone with my own hands. Pay attention to the dimensions - it was larger than I expected. Dimensions listed are 9.5" x 18.5" which is correct, plus or minus half an inch.
