Extraordinary, fantastic, more than you would expect for the price. It's not absolute perfection, but how close do you have to get to perfection? Michael Reichman's reviews will tell you a lot more than I can put into 1000 words:[.][.]The only thing I would add to his comments: Get a polarizing filter! For $30 you can fix almost all chromatic aberration (CA) and blooming that most consumers don't even see in these images. Thanks to Sony for creating a camera with filters! And if the noise at high ISOs bothers you and you can't help but use high ISOs (why not?), buy Noise Ninja for $29 and put it away quickly and easily. However, these problems only arise when compared to professional DSLR backs. You won't compare the F828 to any other "regular" digital camera because there's just no comparison. This is as good as it gets as of January 2004. Unless you're willing to trade your car for a camera.
