It didn't feel hydrated at all the first time I used it on my face but I decided to try again the next day. I used 3 pads in 3 days but every time I used them my skin felt tight and dry. My face flared up after the first day and as I used it for 3 days it got progressively worse until I realized it was causing breakouts. I never get terrible breakouts and have used different pads before with no problems. It came in nice packaging and all, but I feel the product just isn't for my skin.
