Updated July 29, 2011 Still working as advertised; It's convenient to have two outgoing lines at no extra cost. When one of us is waiting for a call or another outgoing call comes in on the landline; It helps. Update March 6th 2011 We have had three of these phones since March 2007 and they all still work and we have never required any service including a battery change. For obvious reasons, I'm happy with their performance and reliability and can still say "works well so far". Original review I've had this phone for less than a week but so far I'm happy with its performance. It was a bit tricky to set up as many if not all Skype addresses use a period in the address. No literature shows how to find the period. Accidentally noticed that it is available on 1 button. After I found out about it, the installation went without any problems. If you're already familiar with using the alphanumeric keyboard, you won't have any problems. If someone is learning on this phone with the literature provided, they need help. The phone worked well with both landlines and Skypeout. I'm lucky enough to buy two more as the kit can hold up to four phones.
