The ease of use, the fact that it can be used for both internal and external purposes, it's ability to be used on mobile devices easily and the fact that it can store a lot of information. The UI of the desktop version is also very easy to work with. It's a very good product overall and I have no complaints. I recommend it. It's good to keep track of documents, projects and other important information. I like that I can access my emails from anywhere. It is great for keeping track of projects and tasks, as well as communicating with clients. The interface could be more user friendly. Sometimes it's hard to navigate through the program. We are able to effectively communicate with our clients and stay organized at the same time. I am also able to keep up to date with all files and documents.
