I was surprised at how heavy the box was and when I opened it I immediately understood - the thing is RELIABLE. It was mostly built except for a few key features that I wasn't expecting. It comes with foam pads to cushion, cushion and stabilize the table when in the down position. It comes with cable guides so you can attach the charging cables to the bottom of the table, so you don't have to worry about them getting pinched or broken when you move the table up and down. It even came with a small screwdriver to attach the end caps. It was a complete set and it even fit in my very small corner - I was afraid it wouldn't fit because of my filing cabinets, but it fits in both of my 17 inch. Easy to monitor as the table lifts straight up and down rather than side to side if used at all. Recommended.
