Great relief from my back pain

For the last 5 years I have suffered severe back pain. I went for the MRI's and saw a few neuro=surgeons, One very sharp one told me, to avoid surgery for as long as possible. Even with a fusion, there would be no guarantee. I was using an inversion table for the last 3 years, with good results, but was still taking a lot of pain medication. Decided to get this belt, it has been a god-send. Pain level down to a 1 or 2, from a high of 8-9 and my pain med are down to 400mg of motin twice a day. i feel if I can improve my core muscles and reduce my weight another 15 lbs, my back pain will be gone and no need for surgery.
