The system was easy enough that my officers were comfortable with it after only two weeks or training! It has made our job much easier by allowing us access anywhere we need instant information at any time during an incident/incident response etc.- not just when someone calls dispatch requesting assistance because they have been involved in some kind of criminal activity (which still happens). I like how easily you can pull up video footage using the app if needed as well - which really helps out a lot since there's so many things going wrong these days where people aren't being honest about their actions sometimes leading investigators down multiple paths looking into different angles without finding anything conclusive.
