The most helpful feature of this software to me personally, has been its ability to track my inventory across multiple platforms (Amazon marketplace as well). It's not perfect by any means - but it does what I need which makes up for all those little niggles! Also their support team are always extremely quick at responding with suggestions or answers when needed. We've used several different tools over time from various providers such as JVZoo etc., so we have found some features missing in others compared to other products out there like ours. However once you get familiarised with how they work then everything works perfectly fine. Inventory management can be difficult without something reliable & easy to use where every stage / decision made within your business processes could potentially cause issues if mismanaged.
