When my Fitbit Charge HR started falling apart after just 9 months, I was constantly talking to Fitbit about my options. After all, it was still under warranty. They were out of stock turquoise and when offered another color they kept saying they weren't my size until there was only blue or black left. I didn't want blue or black, otherwise I would have bought blue or black at the beginning. yes i am stubborn I want what I paid for. I was then told I could "upgrade" to the new Charge 2 at a 30% discount. No way am I paying another $100 for another Fitbit. Since they couldn't make me happy, I decided to contact Revain for another solution. That's when I discovered that several other customers were using these WITHit covers to keep their disintegrating loads together. It will work. This gives me a little more time to decide which tracker to buy next (probably not another Fitbit as customer service and tech support are pretty unhelpful). My Charge doesn't last more than a day on a charge before the battery dies, but at least it doesn't slip out of my hands now. So if you've also paid a small fortune for a faulty Charge HR, that might buy you some extra time while you look for another tracker brand. ;) It's a little looser on the screen than we'd like, but that's most likely due to the strap underneath being completely loose. I'm going to glue the suction cup back down and then put it back on top. I'm 99% sure this will work until the damn thing dies an untimely death.
