I bought this hair dryer for the second time (the first one was stolen by my sister). I have thick interracial curly hair that tends to break the teeth of hair dryers (because my hair is so thick). This dryer really heats up and blows, and all the attachments are made out of a single piece of thick and hard plastic that won't break and slide through your hair. I have the Andis Ion Ceramic and the Andis Eco selectaire Tourmaline Ceramic and none can compete with the Kiss 1875 pro. Hope that helps. For my natural sisters, if you're trying to blow out silk, use this dryer with Chi Silk Protein Oil or Organic Silk Silk Therapy (paraben free) and good flat irons and you'll be fine for days.
