Good enough but not for the price
Fit is comfortable. We tested the audio and microphone quality with a few calls, and people on the other end of the line complained that the microphone seemed very loud compared to other headsets. Also the microphone boom moved up and down normally but the boom is set in one position, it is not flexible like other headsets. It's basically a $30 headset with $20 features.
