My opinion on the last 8 years of using the same brand of shifts is junk

Okay where to start. I bought them to try. I have been repairing glass for 8 years. I used one brand and one type of nozzle all the time. I buy them from Crack Eraser. I thought I would try a different brand or type of drill bit. The chisel works well when drilling into a severely damaged area with rockfall. But if you have a rock chip with a very small point of impact where the bit isn't necessarily going to stay in one place. let me explain. If you have a very hard hit of rock chips this works great. But it's not always the case. if you have rock chips with a tiny point of impact that has little to no surface damage. The drill slides, so the drill jumps and slides on the windshield, causing scratches. You can't force it to drill in one spot. The other problem is that when you have a leg that needs to be stopped but you say it's maybe an inch apart, I miss the rockfalls. You can't drill without it slipping on the windshield. Which causes surface scratches everywhere. So I'm comparing them to the ones I've been using for 8 years. They fit my Dremel. No problem, I don't have to change anything. They are the same diameter as the ones I've used before which I'll revisit. I also repair cracks. So if you have a 6 inch crack and need to place a small target at the end of the crack to prevent it from happening again, it will slide down the windshield and cause scratches on the surface and all sorts of stains on the glass that doesn't must do. Using others allows me to turn my dremel to the set I want without the bit jumping and sliding on the windshield and causing undue damage. I don't know where all the good reviews are coming from, maybe from friends I don't know but I think they're rubbish. I have given them fair terms for their use. I will never buy this brand again, it really sucks. I will try to take some close-ups to show the difference between the brand I bought before and this brand. That's my experience with these beats. So the pictures show them side by side. Clearfield's have carbide teeth that wrap around the end of the drill bit. This is what I think causes the cracks and scratches on the windshield. Compared to another brand I buy from Crack Eraser. And that's not advertising for him. That's exactly what I used. The ones of the Crack Eraser that I can turn on on my Dremel put it exactly where I want it on the windshield without moving, jumping, sliding, or scratching the windshield. These will definitely be returned. I would go back in my opinion, even though they are $3 cheaper it's not worth it, I want a quality repair without unduly damaging someone's windshield.
