I bought Boys XL first because I wear white Hanes Boys t-shirts and they fit me. By the way, I'm a small woman, 5'1". Size XL felt a little big to me, so I bought a large. So I'm just guessing that the black Hanes Big Boys Nano Premium Cotton t-shirts suit me. Large , although the large ones were a bit small, the large ones seemed to fit me, but maybe I was a bit picky and wanted something a bit looser, but they are not as soft as I would like.
