Find Something Different

I bought 2 of these for my elementary school kids to use at school (I was able to return one but missed the return date on the other). You suck! The one I returned didn't have a charge and when the top was touched it gave off an electrical discharge and I could actually see the current in the charging port. The other one worked fine the first day my kid used it, but the second day my kid told me she was shocked when her hand touched it. I have attached a video.
