This TIGI Bed Head Manipulator Mat is "WORST THING I HAVE EVER TRIED"! The product arrived hardened and cannot be applied to the hair as it is too difficult to apply. grind in your hands beforehand, in fact it is quite difficult to get it out of the container with your fingers. (The item arrived in normal/warm weather so it wasn't cold/And I only opened the container a week after it arrived.) The consistency of the product is more like wax. I have been using TIGI Bed Head products for at least 3 years now and have never had such a bad experience. Unfortunately it's too late for me to return the product and ask for a refund, but I will definitely never buy this item again!
