Get 18g 6mm for Monroe versus 16g 3mm previously recommended by others.
I should have measured my Monroenpi3rcing better before I bought it. fits well but for the 16g 3mm as others have recommended it's a bit smaller than the ones I had before so I'll lose a few calibers. I wholeheartedly recommend 18g 6mm Monroe Piercing. Note that you must turn to the left, not the right, to tighten it. Once he's in his pretty but tiny asses, things get harder.
