Review on SaaSWatch by Chris Parrott

There is no SaaSWatch app, so the main benefit they bring to a business is the ability to monitor the application, and track them on a dashboard. The only issue with SaaSWatch's software is that I would like to see more applications being monitored, especially considering that they are SaaS based. I am able to easily track, and monitor all of my applications on the dashboard. I'm able to get an immediate report on the performance and use rates to track where users are using the applications.I've also been able to save the application data in an easy to read format and share it when needed. I like how easy it makes my job as an admin very fast using this tool, i can also share all data with other colleagues or even customers through email so they could know what's happening to their clients' servers without having access them directly! It has helped me solve many problems when something goes wrong within our system (data corruption etc.).
