They are very versatile
We used them mainly for storing hot dogs and hamburgers at a BBQ we had in our garden recently. were able to take it to their table, limiting exposure to the usual large serving plates and bowls that everyone burrows into and indulges in. These trays allowed us to serve a variety of dishes including salads, chili peppers, desserts, etc. with minimal contact between guest and waiter.
