I like that they give you all of your metrics in one place to see if any are trending negatively or positively for an organization as well their market share breakdowns by segment/demographic category - this was really helpful! They also provide some great tools (like heatmaps) so it helps make sense out what areas need attention with regards customer service issues etc.. There aren't many options within my industry but we're expanding into other industries now which makes me excited about using them again when needed!! If there were more available segments then maybe having different dashboards would be better? This could limit us from being able use certain reports since not every report can fit under each dashboard area unless its something super specific e-commerce related i suppose?!
